Safety is paramount!

It is important that we carry out a safety check on your heating system to ensure that you and your property are safe. We check all our properties before people move into them. We make sure each property is in good condition, reasonably decorated, clean and safe.

Responsibility

You are responsible for any damage that you, your family or guests do to your property. You are also responsible for decorating the inside of the property. We are responsible for repairing your property and for decorating and maintaining shared areas.

We are also responsible for decorating and maintaining the outside of the property. You are responsible for reporting any repairs to us. You should report repairs Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. You can call into the office or phone us on 0121 448 9920.

Gas Leak

A gas leak is always an emergency and you should do the following: Turn off the gas supply at the mains. Do not switch on any electrical switches or appliances. Do not light a match.
